At Enviro Pack and Print, we strive to provide high-quality paper packaging solutions. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-printed or personalized bags.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
  • Sale or clearance items unless they are defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:
